Send payslips to employees

This article is for Owners and admins who use Humanised

Overview

  • Send payslips directly to employees’ inboxes using the automated system.

Step 1: Go to the payroll section

  • Go to the 3rd section on your left-hand navigation panel, the payroll section.

Step 2: Open the summary

  • Identify the completed pay run for which you want to send payslips.
  • Click the "View" button associated with that specific pay run to open it.
  • Click the "Summary" button situated on the bottom right corner and click on it.

Step 3: Send payslips

  • Look for the "Send Payslips" button and click on it.
  • Choose your preferred delivery method.
  • Send Now: Select this option for immediate delivery of payslips to your employees' email addresses.
  • Schedule: For sending payslips at a later date, choose the "Schedule" option and select the desired delivery date from the calendar.
  • Once you've chosen your delivery method, click the "Send" button to finalize the process.

Before sending payslips, ensure all employee email addresses for payslip send off are accurate in Humanised Payroll which is under “Bank Details” in the "Contact" section of each employee profile.
