Add or change payslip logo

Overview

  • Add your company logo to the payslip or change the existing logo.

Step 1: Go to company settings

  • Go to the last section on your left-hand navigation panel, the settings section. Click on “company settings” .

Step 2: Add or change the payslip logo

  • Look for the section titled "Company Logo."
  • If you haven't uploaded a logo yet, click the button labeled "Upload Profile Photo" and select the desired image file from your computer.
  • To change an existing logo, click "Change Profile Photo" and choose the new image file.

Step 3: Add logo to the payslips

  • Scroll down to find the "Payslip Customization" section.
  • Locate the option labeled "Add Company Logo to Payslip" and make sure it's selected.

Step 4: Save changes

  • Click the "Save" button in the bottom right corner to save changes to the system.

Important:

Logo should be in JPG, GIF or PNG file format 

Ensure your logo file size is less than 5MB.
