Complete employee profiles with onboarding forms.

Overview

  • Pre-populate employee profiles by sending onboarding forms to employees.
  • Complete pre-populated employee profile.

Humanised Payroll system offers a digital onboarding solution. Send out onboarding forms, and your new hires can complete their information online.

Step 1: Send the onboarding form

  • Go to the contact section from the left-hand navigation panel and send the onboarding form to the employee.
  • The form status will show as "Pending" until they submit it.

Step 2: Review Pre-filled Information (After submission)

  • Once the form is submitted, the status will show as the “complete onboarding”.
  • Click on the name of the employee from the list to open the profile.
  • System will automatically fill in parts of their profile with the form information

Step 3: Complete the profile

Following the review of pre-populated information from the onboarding form, you may need to complete a few additional sections within the employee profile.

  • Employment details section: complete EPF/ETF and APIT information correctly with occupation grade accurately.
  • Pay details section: Update earnings and deductions.
  • Complete filling out the employee's profile including all the mandatory and additional information. (insert this article link: Complete an employee’s profile accurately)

Double Check:

Matching names: Make sure their name matches exactly with their official documents (EPF/ETF, APIT)

Payslip delivery: If they want their payslip online, update their email in “Bank Details.” 

Settings: Check the “Settings” section for things like access.
